Refund Policy

At Bubble Bliss Events, we value your business and do our best to accommodate all clients fairly. Please read our refund terms carefully before booking.
1. Deposits

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Deposits secure your event date and prevent other bookings for that slot — for this reason, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your event, please notify us in writing (email or WhatsApp).

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a date change, depending on availability.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in full forfeiture of all payments made.

If you do not show up for your event or are not available when we arrive for setup, no refund or credit will be issued.
3. Weather Policy

For outdoor setups (inflatables, bubble houses, and picnics), bookings are weather dependent.

If unsafe weather conditions occur (e.g., strong winds or rain), we will gladly reschedule your event to another available date.

Refunds are not provided due to weather changes or cancellations caused by weather.
4. Event Rescheduling

One free date change is allowed, subject to availability, if made at least 5 days before the event.

Further changes may incur an administrative fee.
5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only considered if Bubble Bliss Events is unable to deliver the booked service due to reasons within our control (e.g., our own cancellation).

In such rare cases, a full or partial refund will be offered at our discretion.
