Refund Policy

At Bubble Bliss Events, we value your business and do our best to accommodate all clients fairly. Please read our refund terms carefully before booking.

 

1. Deposits

  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

  • Deposits secure your event date and prevent other bookings for that slot — for this reason, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

 

2. Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your event, please notify us in writing (email or WhatsApp).

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a date change, depending on availability.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in full forfeiture of all payments made.

  • If you do not show up for your event or are not available when we arrive for setup, no refund or credit will be issued.

 

3. Weather Policy

  • For outdoor setups (inflatables, bubble houses, and picnics), bookings are weather dependent.

  • If unsafe weather conditions occur (e.g., strong winds or rain), we will gladly reschedule your event to another available date.

  • Refunds are not provided due to weather changes or cancellations caused by weather.

 

4. Event Rescheduling

  • One free date change is allowed, subject to availability, if made at least 5 days before the event.

  • Further changes may incur an administrative fee.

 

5. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds are only considered if Bubble Bliss Events is unable to deliver the booked service due to reasons within our control (e.g., our own cancellation).

  • In such rare cases, a full or partial refund will be offered at our discretion.
