Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bubble Bliss Events!


By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • The balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Bookings made less than 7 days before the event require full payment upfront.

  • Payments can be made via EFT or other approved payment methods.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another date (subject to availability).

  • If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are not given for changes in weather conditions or last-minute cancellations.

 

3. Weather Policy

  • For outdoor setups (such as inflatables, bubble houses, and picnics), bookings are weather dependent.

  • If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., heavy rain or strong winds), the event may be postponed to a new date, subject to availability.

  • We do not offer refunds due to weather, but we will do our best to reschedule your event.

 

4. Setup Requirements

  • The client must ensure there is sufficient space, flat ground, and access to electricity (if required for inflatables or bubble houses).

  • The setup area must be clear of sharp objects, glass, pet waste, and debris before our team arrives.

  • Our team requires safe access for delivery and setup — please ensure driveways, gates, and pathways are clear.

 

5. Safety and Equipment Use

  • Equipment is used at your own risk.

  • The client is responsible for supervising children at all times during the event.

  • No food, drinks, shoes, or sharp objects are allowed on inflatables or inside the bubble house.

  • Please keep equipment away from open flames, water sprinklers, or any heat sources.

  • Damage or loss of equipment due to negligence, misuse, or theft will be charged to the client at replacement value.

 

6. Party Packs and Decor

  • All party packs, backdrops, and décor items are customised and may vary slightly based on availability.

  • Once confirmed, décor themes and designs cannot be changed less than 5 days before the event.

 

7. Liability

  • Bubble Bliss Events will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to property or persons during or after the use of our equipment or services.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring all guests use the equipment safely and as intended.

 

8. Power and Load Shedding

  • The client is responsible for providing reliable power.

  • We cannot be held liable for interruptions due to load shedding or power outages.

 

9. Photos and Marketing

  • Bubble Bliss Events may take photos of setups for use on our social media and website.

  • If you prefer not to have photos of your event shared, please let us know in writing before your event date.

 

10. Agreement

By paying a deposit or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
